? 每天檢測農(nóng)場生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)和環(huán)境檢測數(shù)據(jù)，并進(jìn)行分析匯報(bào)。
Daily test production and environment data, and generate analysis reports.
? 協(xié)助組織員工進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)安全，生物安全，飼養(yǎng)管理，通風(fēng)管理等日常生產(chǎn)培訓(xùn)。
Assist to organize employees to conduct trainings of production safety, feeding management, ventilation management
Principal Accountabilities主要職責(zé)
1.40%: 學(xué)習(xí)肉雞養(yǎng)殖管理：和技術(shù)員學(xué)習(xí)養(yǎng)殖管理并協(xié)助技術(shù)員安排農(nóng)場每日飼養(yǎng)管理工作。按照技術(shù)員的要求落實(shí)以下行動(dòng)：如定期安排飼養(yǎng)員調(diào)整水料線高度，墊料和腳墊管理，稱重管理，用藥管理等。并關(guān)注過程指導(dǎo)和結(jié)果分析，如檢查水料線高度，墊料質(zhì)量和腳墊比例，稱重?cái)?shù)據(jù)匯總，用藥監(jiān)督和藥品包裝回收等。
Learn the management of broiler breeding: learn from the technician, and assist technicians to arrange daily farm management. According to the requirements of technicians to implement the following actions: such as regular arrangements for feeders to adjust the water line height, matting and foot mat management, weighing management, drug management, etc. And pay attention to process guidance and results analysis, such as inspection of the height of the water line, the quality of the cushion and the proportion of the foot pad, the summary of the weighing data, the supervision of drug use and the recovery of the drug packaging.

化,制定員工工作計(jì)劃并組織員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，以提高農(nóng)場員工工作積極性和工作效率。

3.30%: 生產(chǎn)和環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)檢測與匯總：每天檢測各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)，及時(shí)匯總分析。如收集本批次各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)，與臨近入雛的農(nóng)場
數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析。
